Cancellation Policy

***IMPORTANT POLICY***. If you have a cold or are exhibiting any cold or flu symptoms PLEASE DO NOT COME IN FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. Please reach out to us at 4127580169 to reschedule. Please note, if you arrive to your appointment showing any signs of a cold (whether you have tested positive for COVID or not), your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded or transferred. Please be mindful of all the families and loved ones we interact with on a daily basis as stylists at this salon and refrain from exposing us to illness that could be very dangerous if spread to some people. This policy is non-negotiable. In the event that a stylist must reschedule due to illness, we will try our best to reschedule your service as soon as possible. Please note, under these unforeseen circumstances, your deposit can absolutely be transferred to another service date and time, but it will not be refunded.**** Loc services are a specialty at our salon. We offer traditional loc maintenance and curation services in addition to more specialized loc services, including loc color, and more! We offer excellent hair braiding and natural hair care services as well. To help make your experience at our salon as enjoyable as possible, please read the important information below: **Please be sure to enter reliable contact information when scheduling your service to allow for effective communication. **Payments can be made via Cash ,Zelle, Apple Pay only. Tips may be offered in cash and are very much appreciated. **Deposits are non-refundable. You can reschedule or cancel your service using the links in your confirmation email up to 36 hours prior to your service. After this time, it is considered a last minute cancellation and you will need to pay a new deposit to schedule your service. If we are able to fill your previous service and reschedule your service successfully, a new deposit may not be required, as a courtesy. Transferring your deposit after a last minute cancellation or rescheduling is not official business policy and is not guaranteed. **If last-minute changes arise that affect your appointment or if you're running late, please contact your stylist directly. If you contact us outside of those hours, please patiently wait for a response within 24 business hours of your message. If you have not gotten a response, please reach out again. It is our intention to hold space for all of our clients as needed, so please be patient with us as we do our best.
